Lyrical dreaminess
Katarina Henriksen / 60 min

Laying down to the ground. My belly down to pelvis is covered by frozen blueberries. My body is a sculptural installation together with a long piece of wood. Body is still, thus Im allowing small movements to act on the way. One movement is one big moment in life, expanding body in time.
The body is present in a landscape of lyrical dreaminess. Each action is observed and carefully completed from a inward gaze, but reaching outwards by the artists presence. There is a wish of letting the body melt down to earth, as the berries melt by the heat of the body, like snow to water. There is a wish of letting personal thoughts and mind to melt away too, so that only the visual image remains together with the breath of silence.
